American Conference Champions Ring Reveal
After creating the Women's Basketball Ring Reveal and using first project of the 2026–27 school year was the ring reveal for JMU Women's Basketball team following their Sun Belt Championship winning season.
From a creative standpoint, I wanted to really highlight the details of the ring as if it was being looked at by the champion themself. I tied fishing line around the top part of the ring and hung it from an upside-down lightbar, and used clamps to attach gold foil poster board to the lightbar to create the backdrop for most of the shots in this video, also using our diopter lenses to create more dynamic shots. I utilized rack focus when shooting to highlight the American Conference Trophy, since it was raised out from the ring compared to the other details, and emphasized bright colors and light glares in post to help highlight the success of last year's winning team.
